Having a background in graphic design and illustration, I naturally gravitated towards all of the creative aspects of the business. I especially enjoyed building a cohesive brand, customer and employee experience, and developing our mascot, Bixby. The result was a brand that felt intentional, unified, and distinctly its own. That same focus carries through everything I build.
